I've always had A15 60w incandescent bulbs in my ceiling fan light, which looks a lot like this except not LED (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Elite-3-Light-White-Ceiling-Fan-Shades-LED-Light-Kit-LK1906/311928467). The sockets take a medium E26 base. I'm having trouble finding these bulbs locally, and LEDs bother my eyes. Can I use A19 incandescent bulbs instead of the A15 bulbs as long as I do not exceed the 60w max per socket? Thanks!!

If I remember rightly A15 and A19 are interchangeable as far as the lampholder (base) so, as long as it's 60 watts or less it would only depend on whether the lamp/bulb physically fits in the shade.

Thank you for your response. Some A15 bulbs use a candelabra base, but my fixture uses the medium base sockets (E26), which is the same as the A19 bulbs. Physically, the A19s fit in the shade. Since the A19s are larger, they are closer to the shades than the A15, but there is still some clearance around the A19. However, I do not know how much clearance is needed around the bulbs for safety purposes.
