" AAAHH" rec & ccu in bathroom

just got off phone with a mate who's a plumber he's just been to give a quote for a new bathroom the other side of town, anyway he's called me asking for me to go look at this bathroom as there is a ccu and the rec sited next to the old shower cubical, i'v not seen this with my own eyes yet so i'm off now to get some hairy scary pics..post em later...

Saw similar set up a year or two back, but slightly different. CU and supplyhead at very top of kitchen wall flush to ceiling. Nothing wrong there then, ah but it was directly under the bath plughole end .
