Got a Call 7.30 this morning young woman with no electricity daughter of one of my customers , so off i go get to the job dead as a doe doe so where the supply comming from walked into the room and spotting a payment meter i asked when she put in the last ÂŁ1 , poor girl went bright red , lol , ÂŁ1 later electricity back on all chippa just as I was leaving her father called saying his recently installed smoke detector was bleeping , he had advised me he had removed the head and replaced the battery and it was still bleeping , how im thinking its a plastic base ,so shot over there some 20 miles and yes there was a bleep , after searching for the source it was found that the bleeping was comming from an old carbon monoxide detectors in a cupboard , another red face especially as it had been bleeping all weekend and he didnt want to disturb me over the weekend , could belive it 2 classics from one family in one day
