Ok asking for some advice here.

On a job at the moment and an elderly couple have had someone out who seems well to me to of buggered the system due to wrong wiring at the relay.

The relay is set to be NO circuit.

At the moment the wiring is this everything in the diagram is correct and wired correctly.

From the door contractor (lock) we have one cable going to PGND and the other going to the - on the unlock module. They have then put a jumper cable between PWR and the other contactor, throwing the live over there.

If I switch the system to NC the door entry buzzer works constantly. On the NO the relay does not work so the door does not open.

Now I don’t want to touch this until I am sure would removing the live jumper cable in totality, removing the Neutral from PGND and placing it on SGND, then the other cable putting it on the + side of the contacts, would this work? The lock is a bell 203.
