Accessible channel in brick for cables

Hi all,

looking for some advice, I'm going to channel out my brick wall for my tv and other cables, just wondering if any one has came across this before and what they used to hide the cables and still have a flush finish against the existing brick work whilst still being accessible, any advice would be great
