Add second light from ceiling rose?

Hi all, I want to add a second light in my kitchen (controlled by the same switch for the current light) can I spur the second light from the ceiling rose? It's a loop in from mains and loop out to the other rooms, could I use connector blocks to feed the second light from the first light? Thanks for the advice

Just connect the new light into the switched live of the ceiling rose
