Adding Panels to existing installation

I currently have an PV installation of approx 2.5kW I would like to add additional panels to take me up to 4kW. I am currently on the 43p tariff. Can anyone tell me if what tariff I would receive for the new panels ie 43p or the new figure of 21p.
 
It will be deemed to be 21p (43.3p up to April 21p there after) however if you have it installed before the 3rd March and the government losses its court appeal then it would change to 43.3p e.g. the same as your existing. I would get it installed before 3rd March worse case 21p.
