Admin - Unable to send private messages

Hellooo!

Just tried to send a PM to a member to thank them for advice and i get this message:

Also tried to pm Sintra as i saw he was online and a mod but still get the same message. Thought i would just post this incase there was a problem at the server end rather than my laptop!

Clicking 'Mark Forums Read' doesn't work and gives this message...
"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid."
