Evening all,
I was hoping for a little advice on getting into the electrical industry,
Firstly im not a newbie to electrical installs , I did my 2330 in college but could find an apprentership, so ended up working at an airconditioning company for just over 4 years so Im not new to a building site, also one of the boss’s were are sparky so occasionally we’d do electrical installs.
The A/C company I worked for went under so now im currently a team leader at a manufacturing engineering company.
About 2 years ago I enrolled on an electricians course and not doing too badly at it, so far ive gained:
17th edition
Pat testing
2365 level 2 diploma
Part p full scope competency certificate
2392 inspection and testing
Im part of the way through my level 3 2365 and ive still got to do my 2394 and 2395 (obviously throughout the year) I was just hoping on any advice on how to get into the electrical Industry full time ?
Btw I never enrolled on a course with promises of a quick fix and good hourly rates , I enrolled because ever since college I enjoyed the practical and theory of electrical engineering.
So cheers for any advice.
