guys,i work on site in maintenance and have 2382 /2392.small refurb job done by outside firm.they have taken down lights and replaced no new cicuits installed.extra fitting needed and there spark has gone on hols so i have been asked to put in and connect.i am meeting resistance because its not my install although sparky who replaced is onlyputting works on minor certificate.to my mind all i need to do is the same,please advise
