Advice please

I last worked as an Approved electrician 14 yrs ago when I took a career change. I am now seeking to get back on into the trade. I am especially keen to get into Offshore work. I am 39 yrs of age and about to take a couple of days college courses to be able to apply for my grading card from SJIB. I know I will have other courses to get, survival and Compex etc..

My question to you guys is: is what are my career prospects for getting into offshore work. Any advice or comments are very much appreciated.
