advice reqd please

hi guys i am having a rewire done in a small flat ive bought to rent out, but to save cash imdoing the so called "donkey work" for the spark! my questions to you guys is should the metal backboxes all be replaced?

Depends on their condition really.If they are coroded then definitly yes. I renew all back boxes on a rewire for a customer regardless, but if it is your own property then I suppose it's down to personal choice. Lot less making good if you don't have to renew and can use the original cable entry points.

the whole flat is tubed how difficult is it to pull new cables in?? see the spark im using is currently offshore and is doing this when he comes back, so i want to get as much done for him as i can, hes a mate and is doing it as a favour!

any advice would be great guys ta!??
