advise on electrical company enterpise

hi finishing part3 c&g2330 at dudley college and shall be attending a seminar by an electrical company called enterprise can anyone advise if the company are good to work for in regard to treating you with respect ,training, money and having to work away. Oh by the way this is my first post .
