Hello everyone,
I'm after a bit of guidance and advice on my career. I currently work in the fire suppression industry installing fire suppression systems to server rooms, engines, UPS rooms up and down the country, I have been doing this for 6 years now and I have been studying alongside this at college. I have an NVQ lvl 3&4 in electrical engineering, HNC in electrical engineering, and a POE lvl2 in domestic electrics. I am hoping to move more towards domestic electrician work as I really enjoy this type of work. I am currently studying for my 18th edition and hope to take the test in the next few weeks. I'm just wondering what my next step would be to go from there? what are some of your experiences of how you became a domestic electrician? I know a few have done it via apprenticeships however at 22 I feel I would be unable to go down this route again.
Any help or guidance is appreciated,
Cheers
