a few 1552/3 s on ebay. be wary though if they're not calibrated. see what test-meter has to offer.

I don't think there is anything wrong with them now, but there was a lot of bad press when they first came out with the test results they showed, meggar recalled some and sorted out the blips. Apparently they are fine now, that said I don't like the 1700 series myself, but many here do.
