hello whats the craic with job agencies asking for jib cards and then paying less than the going rate? can they do this?

unfortunately its an employers market. Its not good, but they know this and will only be too pleased to take advantage of it. There are good jobs aboutm, but finding them is altogether a completely diffferent matter!

in short YES JIB/SJIB rates are"only guides" according to the SJIB when we phoned about it a couple of years back
