Chaps,

Got to do a lot of supplimentary bonding on a farm.

In anyones experience what methods are best for bonding of cattle pens etc????

Galv steel strip or cable?? Thinking about potential damage by the cows etc.

Any advice appreciated.

Nope no grids in floor.

Have seen the diagrams and various best practices. I was just wondering if i bonded each cattle pen with say a 4-6mm, it would have to be mechanically protected to stop the beasts damaging the cable/termination.

Or if i used galv strip as described in BRB this will be less likley to be damaged.

Thanks for your input :)

i just did a parlour. i just used 10mm wire onto EC14's and kept it out of the way of the stock, but visable so the farmer will see if it corrodes off, not that they will ever do anything about it.
I'm not saying this is the way to do it but it worked for me, you can't really go over the top with it as cattle can be worth thousands.
