Does anyone know the model or have a web link to a Aico interlinked Smoke alarm that has the amber coloured LED on the side of the base unit??

The Aico smokes i fit dont have this Amber warning light on the side of the base, Do any of you know which one i mean??

Yep i did this, checked it out and still no joy finding it out... Ive ended up ringing them up and speaking to tech help line, its a Radiolink smoke..

I use them all the time, both the radio link bases and the alarms, they are very good and reliable, whether they are interconnected by wire or frequency.

sounds good to me, I have been to a fualt with one, When the smoke is pushed into the base it triggers instantly, My first thought was that the com was in the SL, Interlinked terminal, Giving power sending a switch down the SL all the time, triggering the smoke to go off... I suppose this could still be the case?

If not and the actual unit is faulty then ill just replace that one smoke unit.. i suppose theres a programing sequence to get them to communicate with each other..

yeah instuctions are easy to follow from diagram just make sure you link them at the end when all are installed and within the set time period
