Having just left the RAF after 23yrs I'm starting out as as a self employed electrician and looking to buy a second hand all-in-one tester to get me going. If anyone has anything they'd consider parting with that will do the job, please let me know. Ideally looking for Fluke or Megger.

Regards,
Ian

i'll leave you my 1552 in my will. but as im. only 64, you might have a long wait

Tops!! I'll pm you my details. Thinking of going anytime soon? I'll be sure to say nice things and bring flowers every year that the 1552 out lives you. Off to work on my speach.

seriously, look on ebay for calibration services. they also sell meters. checked , calib. and warranteed. and i ain't popping my clogs in the foreseeable. when it comes, its down the crem in a body bag, back of a transit, why burn a perfectly good coffin?

I've got a Martindale Veritest Vr 2230
My spark mate persuaded me to buy it off him 2 years ago,It was his sons,he was going to Saudi and wanted money
I never use multifunctions,I dont like them
I use single Robin instruments
I bought a set of 3 for spare off a member here and I dont use or need this meter
If your stuck, get in touch, the meter would now need new calibration
