All in one tester

Hi
Can anyone recommend a tester that will do Earth loop impedance testing and also RCD testing and all the tests likely in the 17th edition in the one unit

Most if not all of the multi testers will do all the tests required when looking at the ad ensure it says somewhere 17th ediiton tester. Personally I havve the megger 1552.

Me too Megger MFT1552 from isswww.co.uk cheapest i found it. Do deals aswell if you want long lead etc

Fluke 1651 is a good all round tester

I have the Fluke 1652.

This is one of those bits of kit that you will be better off looking at a few and having a try. Its all down to personal preference, price etc.

They all do a job, some are easy to use and some a bit more involved.

Hi.

All the main players do a multifunction machine....Fluke, Megger, Kewtech. Also theres Metrel, Robin. Give any of them a quick google and you'll find loads.

I use the Megger myself, you wont go far wrong with it.

Megger's a great unit. I have the MFT 1553 myself and couldn't fault it.
