Allowing for a PV retrofit?

Hi guys, I'm not currently installing PV, I guess I will in future but too much on my plate at the moment. That said, I'm currently trying to get the contract for a load of new builds, and was wondering about putting wiring in place as the house is built for people to retrofit solar panels easily without having to disturb the house too much. What sort of thing is involved? Is it as simple as running some twin to an IP rated JB somewhere on the roof, or is there more to it - special cables etc? Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.

Normally the invertor is attic fitted. What you could do is run a cable normally a 2.5mm^ but you may need to upgrade that to 4mm^ depending on erection method. Terminate this into an AC isolator and label for PV supply. As this supply would terminate into the FIT meter you may have to just fit it into an adaptable box and again label for PV.

Seems it will up your quote a bit on the job, unless they have asked for this.
