Ours went back because of a fault, took 8 weeks to be returned, however, they did give us a loan unit. Came back, within a couple of times of using it, started to play up again, so it went back, again. 8 Weeks later, still no tester, Technical department refused to talk to me?? not sure why, and the rep ended up sending me a new one. This one's been ok, still get a few strange readings from time to time, one thing to note, we leave ours in the van overnight, and when there is a frost, it will not work until it has warmed up a bit, you just get a little thermometer symbol on the screen!!! 5 mins in the sunshine and its good to go!

i have one works well i use it every day . i did have to send it back to get the software in it up dated but got it back in 3 days :)

Had the same thing with my Megger except Megger wouldn't replace it, they even claimed it might be a fake at one point. Got it from a big national wholesaler, who did replace it for the Kewtech KT64 after 18months of messing about.
On the flip side of that I've had a Megger Cont & IR tester that's been rock solid for 15+ years.

I have a MI3000 and it has been pretty good.
I went to test a job end of last year and got some strange readings. did a Zs test on a ring main and got 0.61 on non RCD but about 2.5 on RCD Zs.
Sent the machine back as I thought there was a fault and it came back fine. Went back to the same site recently and got the same weird result. Harmonics ??
I also find that between the RCD / non RCD Zs test I quite often get up to 0,2 ohms difference, anyone else get similar on any machine. I am told it is because it calculates rather than tests it on RCD Zs
