Can someone please explain in lamens term how the sign wave of AC works , what i mean is there is a starting point at zero (straight line) then wave goes
up back down to 0 then banother loop below the 0 and back up . my ? does the first loop that goes up represent the hot wire going to the sat house outlet through
and then through the white wire thrn reverses back through whitr to hot now when it reverses on white is the where the the sign wave goes below the 0 ?
i hope someone understands what i am saying i just dont get it and it drives me crazy.
