Hello,

Im sure this has been asked, apologies if that's the case but does anyone know of any AMD 3 test forms that can be edited and saved? Id rather not pay the large fee some companies online are charging.

Thanks

i just copied them to a BMP file format and then Edit them in Paint

can Drop and Drag Text and can Edit Pixel by Pixel for the Letters in the smaller boxes

I may have to make the Copied bit a bit more Crisp (think to do that i would have to write the whole thing out myself)

you could make a good version in Excel or some other spread sheet easy enough

Ive just done a Spread Sheet for Form3 Just the first page
Im going to do the second page now.

But it basically lets you type in 1 and 0 and then go to another page and print it out
ive move the colums so that they print about as right as the orienal as i can get it for my print
It looks OK but my spelling can be bad and my proof reading is NON
If i can upload it some were you can have it.. its a XLM or whatever EXCEL format is, tho i did it on LIBITIY

This is just Form 3 (may have spelling errors and i may of jumped a line so need a Eye over them)
Edit is were you put a 0 for N/A and 1 for a TICK This is on the GREEN PART ONLY
Print is the sheet you print from, i would suggest to Print 1/1 pages just incase any thing has gone a Miss

ive uploaded it to google docs so anyone here could tweak it. ill post a link in arms if thats ok with you?

that will keep it out of the public domain

i want it proof read, as it can be hard for me to see things, i just looked for pattions in the words
dose show that latter i type the worse my typing gets.

if you dont have access to the arms pm and ill send you the link, because anyone can edit it, i dont want the link in the public domain where anyone can edit it, we could always make a copy that is view only and do it publicly if you wanted

You can attach a hard copy to this thread in xls file format and people can also attach their edited versions in later posts if it makes life easier.
