Amendments

What does everyone else do when an amendment is introduced for BS7671, do you just place them loosely into your book or stick them in with glue/other means etc?

The current Amd. 2 is sat on my computer as a .pdf, as it only contains details about electric vehicle points, which I am unlikely to ever need.
Earlier amendments may get a print-out, but usually these are published as a new book if there are enough amendments.
The IET do do a paper copy of amendments, £5 for the current one iirc.

You need to watch out as they do change the numbers of the regs, so buying new books is sometimes essential.

i have an electronic version from IET which i have on my desktop and moblie devices.

YOu can only buy it from IET and you can have it on two compters and one mobile device. You can make electronic notes in them and they are all synchronised. SO what you write in one copy will be seen in al of them.

On my inspection last week i was asked if I had the current amendment and it had downloaded automatically.
