American Light fitment to UK conversion

Hi All
I have a client you has brought over from america some of her chandeliers from a house she had over there.
She would like them if possible to be fitted in her house in the UK. I will be changing the wiring to uk standards, but I am having trouble finding replacement lamp holders.The holders are on a stem which has a plastic candle style sleeve.
Anyone have an idea where I could get some replacement holders.
