Hi, this is my first post on this forum.
I have 2013 amtech fast test for my iPad and on my desktop (mac with windows parallels installed for am tech) I have been using the software and uploading certs from my iPad to the cloud and downloading to the desktop am tech with no problems, I have now just tested an installation with 1 main panel and 23 sub boards which i set up on the desktop and sent to the iPad so all the sub boards where linked etc.
Now I have come to upload the results taken on the iPad to my desktop and its not working!!!
I have spoke to am tech and all they have said is to keep trying to upload the vert from the iPad to the cloud, when i do this a message appears saying "THERE HAS BEEN A CONNECTION PROBLEM PLEASE TRY AGAIN SOON"
After this has come up I then check the cloud and the cert shows on the list, I download the cert to the desktop and import to the am tech on the desktop. When I open the vert it only show pages 1-3 and nothing else!
Please help or let me know if you have also had the same problems.
