Stupid thing is it is part of an install at a recycling center , had a new shed attached to it 6 7 years ago and wasnt spotted the earth consisted of a 6mm bolted to the steel fabric of the building Zs at the board was 2.86 ohms , ze at the origin was 0.19 , incommer to a TP switch fuse then to the DB , new cables are now in but not as yet connected but the earth is, Zs at the board is now 0.21 . 4 TPN 16 amp sockets all protected by a nice 63amp C type MCB oh fun eh
