Have you whitelisted electriciansforum.net on your script blocker? This (with custom permissions) and google are the only URLs I don't completely block scripts from and have no issues.

I'm using AdBlocker browser. Suddenly the pop-up appeared.
I reset the settings for the site and it disappeared.
