O

optician

Sorry to bother you guys with another one of these, but here goes. I need to put in an extractor fan in a bathroom, very high ceilings all equipment will be out of zones.
Will have to run cable from light fitting to fan in mini trunking, 1mm 3 core + earth, isolator high up on opposite wall to bath.(same wall as fan)
Rcd protected 6 A lighting circuit.
Where can I put the 3 amp fuse to comply with the manufactures instructions? Any help much appreciated.

It is a 3 pole isolator, can you get a fused 3 pole fan isolator? it would save alot of hassle.

Or could I just put a fcu below the isolator and run the switched live straight through?

Or does the switched live have to be a 3A fuse also?
