Another day another survey on a property that can't reach a D rating. Another phone call tonight, guess what - won't meet the D rating. First customer was desperate to go with us - got back in tonight and got MCS visit on 19th July - can it get worse!!

ask them to postpone until August. We got our MCS inspection postponed in November no problem.

We're with NICEIC - fingers crossed they will be fine, it's only a couple of weeks.
