and just to make my day, i've had a PIR cancelled. was for mortgage, because i'm not niceic. since when did one have to be niceic to carry out a PIR? you'd think the banks would be a bit more tolerant since they shoved the country into the state it is now. they are all scam members, FSA or whatever. still they are completely incompetent.
