Are any electricians taking on around castle donington, nottingham and derby?

Ive had enough with current employer, with my supervisor on this job grabbing me around the neck ive had enough and im looking for a new one to carry on my apprenticeship.

I have completed most of the city and guilds 2357 nvq except the portfolio and the am2.

I have my own transport, tools and ppe

Shanky Only just had chance to read the thread, and sorry to hear about this D1ck at work, He has no right to do what he did.
Don't retaliate mate play the long game, get it all down on record and do it all above board.
But having said that it doesn't mean that me and a few of the lads off here can't pay him a visit does it now.
Say the word pal and I am sure we can sort something out between us all.

No need he has been chewed out by boss, if the bugger tries anything again well im not going to say what will happen.

next time he does it crack his jaw for him....

then when you have to go in the office to explain it will all come out about how he thought he could get away with it.....

chances are you will keep your job and he will end up walking...

sorry doesn't matter who he is supervisor or boss anyone puts his hands on me it will not end.

I'm not encouraging violence but just self protection against bullies and tw4ts.

I’m glad the management have listened to you. People don’t realise how big a step it is to go in to the office to do the deed.

There’s been a lot of BS in this thread, smacking the bully only masks the problem and the repercussions if you react it will affect you for years. Believe me, it backfires. I’m saying no more than that.
