Does seem that those that are upset, if their greivances are analised, are far more to do with the inadequecies of Part P, than the 17th edition.

There is, and always has been, the polish guy/bloke down the pub, mate of your brothers who will do the job for cash with no certs and no regs.

Thats down to the authorities to get a grip on.

LABC officers should be driving around, and evertime they see a skip full of rubble and a white van outside a house they should be knocking on the door.

Insurance companies should be asking for certs and PIR's.

PIR's should have been in HIPS

But, and this is the point, thats got co*k all to do with the 17th edition.

And the brakes on the 150mph car? And? What does that mean? If other trades are unregulated then we should dumb ours down?

And well done to Cirrus, Easyfox and the others who have accepted the changes with a wry smile and are getting on with their business:)
