Hi everyone, sorry if this is too much for Sunday evening, but I just finished this little project. Would appreciate any advise and tips coming my way, thank you...

just had a quick look at Q1. your answer looks about right except for item 4. cooker. diversity on a cooker is 10A + 30% of remainder, so 6kW= 26A. applying diversity you get 10A + 4.8A = 14.8A as trhe design load. this is because all elements will not be on at the same time, and they are also switching on and off with their stats.

Thanks Tel for coming back so quick, but this is business premises, so for the first cooker is 100%, tell me if I am wrong... thanks

each cooker has it's own diversity as i have said. so correct the values for each, then apply general diversity if appropriate. obviously if 5 cookers are going to be on at the same time, just use the diversity for each, then add them up.

Hi Tel, I do agree with you, especially when it takes away 17 A from my total demand but apparently I was tolled by my tutor that no diversity must be applied as per column 2 in table A2 OSG. He did agreed though that in reality it can be applied but not for this course work unfortunately. Thanks for your input.
