Anybody into Darts?

Launching a new forum this week or next for Darts players and fans alike.

We've got some professional 'famous' darts players coming on board, one as a moderator. Apparently got a few in the top 10 signing up to help with news, advice and tips etc.

I do like darts, when my GF let's me watch cos she hates it. It's in my blood, my grandad was an avid darts fan/player and my mum used to play too. Also I'm from Stoke on Trent, the home of Phil "the Power" Taylor, so it's the rules I have to like darts!

Sounds interesting what your doing, keep this thread updated please mate.

i enjoy a good competitive chuck.... was good in my days (local level not pro') but with lack of practice its just all for fun now il give a few mates the heads up too sounds good :)

Yeah, love the game in the pub and watch some of the telly too.
like Darkwood, I was okay local player and closure of pubs and league stopped me playing, that and my first wife

Give us a name drop Dan????????? would give a good crowbar to entice a few of my pub mates ;)

 Me too, though I don't think I could concentrate too much on darts with her around :reddevil:

Another arrows man here.

Use to play the local circuit when I was younger.

Met and played against The Count & Wolfie when they were doing local exhibitions.

Where does your talent end Lenny.... are we even worthy of your presence on here :juggle:

Sparking & pub sports, that was me from the age of 15 until about 25.

I do miss it all now though, everyone grew up and had kids.:disappointed:

Well when they grow up if they havent already then you can always pick the cue and arrows back up... if you can remember what to do with them, but be warned getting yer --- whooped by a cheeky cocky 20yr old calling you grandad might take some getting used to ;)

surely everybody loves a bit of darts - you cant not!! i play for the local pub team, few beers break the week up... also know a few of the local 'pro's' well too.

John boy Walton is from my area he was in one of the local pubs we played against them a few times but for other reasons i dont like him at all...
I prefer people to pay there way in society and not live off tax payers if you get my drift .....
