Hi got a call from a nottingham call centre " saying they were from surecall and that they had a job for me and would i like the details, amd they started going through the name and number before i could say hang on aminute who are you, on questioning i was aparently the ON Call electrician in the area and that i had to take a job.
Well after saying no i'm not never heard of you etc they hung up. on the 3rd occasion the guy at the call centre said surecall where a london company (and they were there newly appointed call handling agents and that i was there man in county durham, though he did not know my name nor company name but had mobile number, anyone heard or delt or know how to get in touch with these people??
Upon a bit of searching they seem to have hijacked all the local 118 listings a member of the public rings a 0844 number and then it goes to nottingham all seams a bit weird any experiences??
