If not, file a notch in the middle of a suitable width flathead screwdriver, engage two of the notches and hope it's not too tight.As above, it's a security screw. Any decent set of security screwdriver bits will probably have one to suit.

It's like a System Zero screw.
That would be one of these.Find them on old outside bulkhead lights frequently, i remember once having the propper tool but tend to use pin nose pliers
I once had one on a plastic handle that looked like the ones you get with some ceiling lights to put lock rings to hold shades on, but with 2 nubs, i probably left it it was years agoThat would be one of these.View attachment 105516
