Hi all,
I ws hoping to get some help here, I'm looking for a florescent bulb fixture like the one in this video. The guy hangs 2 of them up vertically, they appear to be 2 holders on each end, the strip bulb also looks thicker than a normal strip light bulb.

I've been searching everywhere, I have no idea what model it is or who makes it...

I also believe it has a screw thread style end, with both poles on the said end.

Thanks

You guys have any idea? There is another video from the same user, it shows them screwing a tube light vertically into a socket. Can you buy single ended screw cap florescent lights?

It could be an LED tube, i've seen something very similar to this but can't for the life of me remember what it was called... there were 12 of them suspended from a ceiling .. I'll try and get hold of the guy responsible for that and see if he remembers what they were called.

They weren't a standard screw fitting - it was a custom fitting of some sort and the tubes were about 4' long and powered from the top end only (the base was just rounded plastic)

Hey Rsmck,
Yeah it powered from one end only, and has a definite screw thread. I want to create a custom suspended vertical lamp like this one, and would be ideal if the bulb could be suspended from one end only. (like an incandescent bulb)

I'd use a normal strip light fitting, but they are heavy, cumbersome and are designed for one side to be fixed to a ceiling and require power at both ends.

Any ideas chaps?
