I dont like them, I enquired about a bosch item and they said they could delivery in 3-4 days, I knew for a fact there was none available for the UK for 4 weeks from bosch themselves as I found out whilst waiting for them to return my enquiry.

There are much cheaper places around than them IMO.

Used them once for the wall chaser as they were the only place that had it. Took nearly a week to turn up because they ended up shipping direct from the manufacturer, even though it was supposed to be in stock.

And as already said, they're not the echeapest place around either

Thanks fellas.

Im after a new Makita cordless and strangely enough, they are the cheapest i have found so far.

Although, like you say, it may be because they dont actually hold the stock and just use drop shipping.

Is this the Scottish tool company that badgers you with mail order tools and throw in basically an entire tool kit with every order?

I bought a DeWalt combi drill from them about 3 years ago because they were the cheapest. It turned up when I expected, no complaints really.
Definately worth shopping around though - they were the cheapest on that item at the time, but that's not to say they're always the cheapest on everything, which as already mentioned they're often not.

No, I think you are thinking of DuoTool. I bought 5000 screws from them last year and got a free mitre saw???? Unfortunately I then got a phone call about every 3 days for 6 months asking if I wanted any more screws etc.

I have used Toolstop in the past for Bosch gear but found Middlesex Machines to be better on price and service. Not sure where is best to get Makita

Hi mate, Tooltray are doing it for around the same price here : Makita Makita BHP441RFE3 14.4v Combi Drill-Driver - 3 x 3.0Ah Li-ion Batteries | Combi Drills | Combi Drills | Drills and Screwdrivers | Cordless Power Tools | Power Tools | Tooltray.com

I bought a makita 110v angle drill from them last month and have no complaints. Got it delivered next day for free!!!
