Im looking to buy a new MFT after Christmas and like the look of the Kewtech meters.
Has anyone used the KT64DL or KT65DL?
What are you opinions on them?

Have two KT65s, very good meters, only gripe is that it defaults to anti-trip on loop for every test. This can be tiresome as the anti-trip test takes many more seconds than a normal test. You have to press another button and remove the lock on the test button for every reading. Servicing has been very good over the years as its pretty local to where I live
I have the adaptor but I think used it once. Don't do much PATI can see how that could be tiresome doing that every test.
I read that the KT65 can also be used as a portable appliance tester, have you tried this? Is it any good?
Right now in English
The reason I bought the KT63 and got rid of the 64 is that is does pretty much everything but for a lot less money and with no issues.
That was my feeling when I looked into it too. I put a pretty lengthy review of it (KT63) on Test-Meter.I didn't even look at the KT63 as I thought it would be too basic but having just had a look at the manual it looks good. I think it could be a winner.
