Its an example of life in a 'modern' day secure unit, where the inmates - or clients or whatever their called, judge how hard they are by whether or not they can do something to get physically restrained by the screws (sorry social workers) who look after them.
Whatta joke, no wonder the youth re-offending rate is so high, if this is how they get treated. Don't get me wrong mate, I'm not one of the flog 'em brigade but surely these kids MUST be made to understand that crime is wrong, and prison shouldn't be viewed as 'Butlins.'
No fewer than three times, I heard that word being used to describe the holiday home that they were in.
