Anyone with any experience and/or advice about Scottish Power, power engineer apprenticeship

Currently studying Electrical Engineering Level 6 and was planning on applying for a Power Engineer apprenticeship with Scottish power next year. Wondering if anyone’s had an interview with them before and what it’s like, or got any work experience as a Power Engineer and would like to share info about it, is it good/bad etc?

I don't have direct knowledge or experience of the SP or NG programmes, but two young men in our church are doing the NG one and speak highly of it. Power engineering is a growth area for employment, new technology will be introduced and the grid and distribution networks strengthened and developed to cope with a more electric future.
