am i reading that wrong tel,college starts after you have done 12 months on site first..?

Looks like it. I think they are just after cheap labour for a year. A lot can change in a year which could lead to someone wasting a year of there life for nothing.

or it might be that they're looking for commitment from the app. always worth a phone call.

thats what i thought,11 months later sorry your not what were looking for,,next...wonder if that college place will ever get filled..

If they are not up to the job at anytime they can be relieved of their job. But giving them a 12 month probation is ridiculous. Would anyone get a apprenticeship if that was the way all companies worked?
