Apprentiship HELP ??

Hey guys I'm currently studying C & G level 2... And i was just would've if any of you would have any tips on getting/ finding an apprenticeships, So far i have made a cover letter and I've put out cv's but it seems like none of the company's are writing back at all... So if you guys got any tip or ideas i would be very thankful.

Hello mate, It seems it is quite difficult to find an apprenticeship at the moment, mostly due to a bit of a lack of work and people who will give up time for free just for the practical experience. If you have family friends or friends of friends who are electricians they would be the best bet. A lot of small companies can get funding for an apprentice which they may not be aware of, a CV is fine but nothing beats meeting face to face with someone. A notice in electrical wholesalers may help. good luck.
