Hi there everyone.
I am attending my local college next week to sit the aptitude test for enrolment on the 2330 level 2. I was wondering if someone could please advise me what sort of maths questions will be involved so I can do some revision. All help and advice will be very much appreciated.
Thanks all.:)

aptitude tests are notoriously difficult to 'revise' for as they are designed to test your potential to succeed at a given subject or profession. as for maths, you should probably be able to do a lot of the questions in your head but some will be a little more long winded. you will not be expected to answer everything so if you cant arrive at a quick and accurate answer move on to the next question. look at subtraction, addition, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals and percentages.

I did one when I enrolled at college pretty basic stuff. Like previously said brush up on math skills and there maybe some spelling in there as well.

The only other maths for the 2330 to what pmac mentioned is pythagorus (the square of the hypotenuse = the sum of the squares of the other two sides). good luck.
