Hi,

Has anyone got the Armeg Conduit Threading Set?

Conduit Threading Set

I saw it in Eddies and was tempted, not that i do any metal conduit stuff, but thought it would be good to have.

Your thoughts please.

It looks the same as any other set, so it should be fine. It's useless without a bender and vice though....

If you needed one you'd already have one save you're beer vouchers for something you use more often

Like already mentioned they all pretty much look alike
But !! You can get ones that are pants ! ( die's mostly )

Pick them up and see how the feel. I've got three sets of stocks in that size, two of them are decent solid ones which are my normal 20 and 25mm but the third is really lightweight and nowhere near as nice to use so that stays as the spare set.

You'll need a bender & vice to go with it, keep an eye on ebay for that unless you want to pay the ridiculous price of a new one. Mine cost me all of ÂŁ20 that way

Well like I say I don't really need one, but feel it could be useful at some point, I fancied getting some metal conduit kit, got to start somewhere.

Yes I accept I need some benders etc, I'll hang fire on buying them for a min.

Thanks

Then hang fire on the stocks too, they'll only sit around gathering dust if you're not using them.
Buy them when you need them and hire a bender from your wholesalers, assuming you get on well with your wholesaler then it could be free.
