Armoured as CPC

Am i right in thinking it is ok for a PVC 70 degree 4 core 35mm2 swa cable to use its armouring as the cpc on a sub main? I would normally always run a 16mm2 seperate cpc but this has come up in a periodic. It seems to be ok in table 54g, is this gosple or should i be applying the adiabatic equation?
Any help much appreciated

if my memory serves me right, almost all SWA's that are 4 core and above are OK to use the Armour as CPC (in terms of the armour CSA)
I personally never use armour as CPC, as im from a water background, and have seen numerous times what happens to cables that are nicked, and water/damp gets into the armour.
