Arrrghhhh! I have a practical assessment and im struggling with steel conduit?

i have a practical assessmet coming up and the problem im struggling with is the steel conduit. Well its a double set out of the C.U and its roughly 15-20 mm from back of conduit to the wall. im not using an angled ruler, the main problem i have is where do i put my second mark on the conduit in the former of the bending vice. in the attatchment below is information about a tangent line but how would i make the tangent line? or am i just worrying too much Any help is appreciated

bend your set first and what i do is put the tube against a wall and mark where the set meets the required distance and bend on that mark, mark the bender when you do your first bend of where the tube bends and this mark willbe the inside of your second bend like
