assessment & no fire hoods

hi everyone,

got my napit assessment in 2 weeks. The job i picked to be assessed is a consumer unit change but it has no firehoods over the downlighters(non fire rated) on the first floor. everything else is perfect about the intall.
will this fail me?

Hi MvP
The only thing your responsible for is your CU change only ! as you state on the cert ! as long as no code 1's etc your be fine ! it will show your inspection skills also id do 2 things :-
1. Make a note on cert under heading comments on existing installation and any departures in details of section.
2. Inform customer of findings and quote for job.
If in doubt Contact your scheme provider and discuss this.
